And Why Do You Speak With Caps Only? Lol, I have OCD, it hurts my eyes. Asking, like isaaccs said, lowers the chance. Now, I wrote the mod criteria, and originally it was made to be asking eliminates all chances. Death changed it, likely because people who ask my be really good, but just didn't know what asking does.
