A return to PGO

Well here it is, the magic fan. Now, be sure of this, it's not official. I do not (yet) have the authorization for my pixel art to be made official, nor for my pixel arts to be called 'snapshots'. I am, however, trying to get that authorization. Until then, I know Abram's got my back   

Now some background and information on the model. It's a rarity 300, mainly because of it's magical ability to increase your health/power up your weapons/make you stronger. It can do any of the 3 functions I listed. In the market, I would suggest a price of...300 crystals. Now, I don't know how rare crystals are, but if anyone knows please inform me. I am guessing that crystals come up with a probability of 1:10? For every ten blocks, one gem (<- theoretical!!)
