Hello I am new on PGO forums

Hello everyone I am new on PGO forums and wanted introduce myself here.
My name is Ayesha Kaif,I am 15 years old girl who loves reading books,chatting with friends and playing games of-course. I am having allot of fun on PGO forums already haha.thank you for reading my topic

I feel like the mod to members ratio is PRETTY uneven right now :p

Well, we are 60. If we have 4 mods plus the 5 admins and the one developer, then we are 6 members per one staff member. I agree plyasm.

Um...There are only 7 staff.....

Jaxx, Massacre, Ayesha, Support Team, Jimmys, death, Vemrall, jack Bowe, Jairrocket, AtomicShadow. There are 10 staff.

We never see Massacre, atomicShadow, jairrocket, support team.
So really there's only 6-7 active right now.
I think there's 6 because Abram also never comes on.
So maybe we need some new staff members maybe we don't, its all up to JackBowe and death.

Um as I said long time ago abram isn't a staff anymore! The decision is up to deathy and jack!

True, skullking, but think about it. 20,000+ people on Growtopia and how many moderators do we have? I don't know as of right now cause we get some and lose ALOT. So let's say they are 10 to 20,000. I know it's like 14 but I need a better number to divide by.

10 to 20,000, is a 1:2,000 ratio. Now they still cannot reach all scams. We all see scams day by day. They don't have enough moderators on Growtopia but the thing is they can't pick moderators like that. People aren't ready for it, that's why "most" are adults.

So I'm alright with the ratio in this game, I think we should be thankful we have any moderators/developers. Because some don't have enough.

Jaxx, when we do get tons of players and we don't hire any other moderators the ratio will be 2 moderators tons of players.
I don't know what the best thing to do right now is, but its really none of our choices on what to do.
(Now let's get back onto welcoming Ayesha instead of talking about our staff and its numbers)

My opinion is that growtopia needs way more mods..... Those 60 in the wait list....... Sometimes when I play (like everyday) I do /mods and everytime the no mods online pop up! And I exit my world and enter a random long world name and a drop game is being hosted....... So I think when this game starts that we should start with @mods around the world so we could keep up with the time zone because I think at night (central time USA) a lot of mods are on growtopia then rather day time in the USA. Right now in PGO we need more intern so when the game comes out we could have more mods to find glitches and have people who find glitches report to the mods. Just my opinion....

Really, this thread isn't a place to discuss about moderators and interns and talking about how we need more. This is a welcoming thread, therefor we welcome ayesha. If you guys want/need to talk about needing more moderators either make a thread about it or PM either deathskull or Jack Bowe.
Now let's either keep welcoming her or just let this thread die because we welcomed her and now she's fine.

Mods shouldn't be finding glitches. There are special people who can be hired to find glitches and exploits.

Plyasm, please stay on topic. We need to stop talking about moderators. When the time comes for them to choose moderators then that's what there going to do.
