| Or we can buy a domain name through forumotion and remove the .forumotion.com in our title.
I can show you how to start a funding campain. All we need is seven dollars for a personal domain name through forumotion, its 90 dollars through vbulletin. |

Once you buy it, you have it I'm afraid it is near impossible unless someone single handedly sponsor us.

| How much would it take to get VBulletin? I may be able to donate a few bucks, but there's a chance I may not be able to. Have you tried looking for other forum makers that may be better than forumotion? I mean there's plenty of good forum makers you just need to find the right one, or naybe wait and see how many more players we get once the games out and see if its a good idea to get vBulletin. You don't want to buy it and then the game dies and noone plays it and the forums become useless.

| Agreed. We need to make the most of our money. You put forward a very possible (and deadly) scenario H3uy. | |

You might want to read(the replies) next time before posting. The bigger the community, the easier to get a better forums.

| Yep, Massacre, you are right.
Then we'd just be copying!
We can try to find another good set-up forum, and we probably will be fine.

We can try to find another good set-up forum, and we probably will be fine. It's hard to find another one that is supposedly better though. Unless you already have an idea.

Well explore the other gaming forums until you find one you like. I personally liked the one the gt community invaded for god knows what. But the devs here should feel free to explore to find one they like. This way you can test all your options before thinking of making a purchase, plus its a good idea to hold out until its confirmed that pgo is getting the members so its not a wasted investment.

| We can break away from forumotion for a year for a pretty cheap price. We can get our own domain name, loose the ads, excetera, excetera.. |

| How about moving to ProBoards first, and once you get a larger fan base, move to a forum like IPS Board (can't post link yet, sorry) It's not that cheap but you can feed some of the $$ from the game into it. It looks nice too. | |

| No, that would not be copying. How the heck would it be? Tons of forums use VBulletin, not just Growtopias. Massacre. | |
